- Innovation : Created a non-curricular based training model EVENTISM and use skype and social media for training and mentoring. My Mentors series: for acknowledging mostly unsung heroes/sheroes and creating awareness mainly among young social leaders about their achievements. Women Social Entrepreneurs Digital Community: the very first in the world that allows men and people with other gender identities to get training and business/entrepreneurship developing opportunities
- Knowledge Management: Organized 100 awareness sessions on gender issues with a special focus on social, political, legal & economic empowerment of women, GBV manifestations and its prevention, women & entrprenerurship, Gender in humanitarian settings.
- Recognition & Awards: It has been covered widely by print & electronic media including BBC Urdu & received fellowship from Australian Government.
- Successfully organized 10 exhibitions for promoting the products of social entrepreneurs especially women & disabled people.
